  • Gluten and Casein Free Diets for Autism
    Apr 8 2025

    Suggestions, Comments, or Questions?

The gluten-free casein-free diet is a diet that was created to help manage gastrointestinal and behavioral symptoms associated with autism spectrum disorder. The research, however, behind this diet isn’t strong enough to truly determine if it is worth the restrictive nature of a diet like this. Putting your child on a diet like this is truly a personal decision that should be made after considering all the advantages and disadvantages of a highly restrictive diet such as this one.
