Mark is a property entrepreneur who has more than 20 years' experience in the real estate industry. Prior to RateMyAgent, Mark built a reputation in the property industry giving clients advice that was in their best interest, not his. The approach won him loyal clients and grew the iProperty Plan business.
Realising the lack of scalability in the business model, Mark founded RateMyAgent in 2014 and the business is now active in markets including Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
He saw the growing popularity of online reviews and recognised their potential for real estate, where reliable information about agents was hard to find for prospective sellers. He saw that good agents needed a platform to support and promote the work they do to get the best outcomes for their clients.
Mark lives in Melbourne Australia with his wife Libby and four children.
