She’s been a certified personal trainer since the age of 19, with over 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning, body transformation, pre/postnatal training, and corrective exercise. She holds a degree in kinesiology from Sacramento State, and her journey has taken her from In-Shape to coaching recruits at the Sacramento Fire Department, to now leading and training at Lifetime.
