Smart and relatable!!!

There is so much information being brought to the listener and it is done is such a fun and relatable way!! It great to get the perfect balance of going deep with an actual doctor who knows the research but also have the relatability that Nikki brings, as well as the questions that I am naturally asking while I listen get answered!
