I’m your host Tierney Shirrell, Christ-follower, wife, mom, multi-passionate entrepreneur, and mental wellness advocate with a personal walk through severe postpartum depression and a bipolar 2 disorder diagnosis. Through my own faith journey and navigating these mental health challenges, I discovered solutions that worked for my life and unleashed a desire to help women boldly step into their own unique callings that God placed on their hearts.
