Meeting Your Older Self - Self- hypnosis Activity
Find a place where it is safe for you to switch off from the world and you will not be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position with legs and arms uncrossed, back and head supported and spine soft but straight. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
This is a useful way to tune into your inner wisdom, your inner guidance and quiet the mind to listen. Really useful if you are feeling stressed, facing challenges or looking for answers to suit you.
