One of the trickiest moments on the path of soul is when you're deep in the unknown. The murkiness can feel unbearable to the mind, triggering the urge to rush toward certainty. The more you learn to trust and even love the unknown, the more free and aligned you will feel.

The soul's path is one of growth and in order to grow, we must be willing to grieve. In this episode I share how I am learning to grieve former versions of myself and even dreams I previously had for myself in order to welcome in a new life chapter. While it may feel painful and uncomfortable, when we are willing to sit with grief, transformation can occur on the other side.
