Ever wish you could go back and give your younger self some guidance? We all do. Lessons to My Teenage Self is the shortcut I wish I had for taking care of my physical, mental and spiritual health.

I'm sharing what I wish I knew about everything from body image to food to mental health all in a diet culture-free way so you can enjoy the peace and freedom God has for you. And as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ll cover questions I’ve received from my clients over the years. I'll share my own experiences, and I'm bringing in other young adult women in their twenties to share lessons they’ve learned.

Hosted by Amy Connell, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach and created for teen girls wanting to strengthen their health alongside their Christian faith.
