We talk about the one thing that most people don't want to talk about, mental health. It's okay to be broken but it's not okay to hold it in until it becomes too much. The stigma of mental health problems in EMS and Public Safety needs to change and we hope this is a start.
If you or anyone you know is having trouble with mental health, don't be afraid to get them the help they need.
