Host a 10-minute mixer with ice cream sandwiches, send a department-wide message reminding people to pause and drink some water, or organize a short field trip inviting people to abandon their desks for a few minutes to take a lap around your building. The options are limitless. Consider your people and plan something that will fit them best.
