    Today I’m going back to basics for people who struggle with constipation and feel like they are doing everything right. If you’re fed up of not being about to go to the toilet, this episode could get things moving again.

    Here's the three step checks I walk through with my Gut Reset clients:

    • Part 1 - first line checks (fibre, water, movement, eating pattern)
    • Part 2 - use of laxatives and positioning on the toilet
    • Part 3 - looking for further root causes -e.g. bile, methanogen overgrowth, high fat / protein diets)
