  • Heal Your Relationship with Money: Guided Meditation

    💸 Welcome to this deep journey to explore your relationship with money and create a new space for inner abundance and wealth. Just like other areas of life, our financial life is shaped by our deep beliefs.


    Most of us, without realizing it, have internalized limiting beliefs and negative judgments about money from childhood and our surroundings. These beliefs can profoundly affect our relationship with wealth, our sense of worthiness to receive money, and our financial security.


    🌟 Four core limiting beliefs about money and wealth:

    1. “There is never enough money.”The belief that resources are limited and you can never really have enough.


    2. “Money doesn’t stay with me.”The belief that even if money comes, it won’t last, leading to fear and financial stress.


    3. “More money means more problems.”The idea that with increased wealth, complications and issues also increase.


    4. “I can’t manage money.”A belief that reflects a lack of confidence in your ability to receive, hold, or manage financial abundance responsibly.


    This guided creative visualization takes you on a journey to listen to your relationship with money with a fresh and kind perspective.


    In a safe, judgment-free space, you meet money as a living being. You ask it questions, have a heartfelt conversation, and set a sincere intention to co-create a healthy and abundant relationship. Our inner world leads our life.


    🎯 This meditation is for you if:💸 You feel insecure or distrust yourself around money.💸 You still carry heavy family or cultural beliefs about money.💸 You want to welcome money into your life not with fear, but with love, awareness, and trust.💸 You’re ready to release old emotional and mental patterns and embrace abundance


    🙏 What awaits you in this meditation?

    ✅ Connecting with your body and your embodied emotions.✅ Imagining money as a dear guest and having an inner dialogue.✅ Identifying hidden feelings, thoughts, and beliefs about money.✅ Expressing new desires for a conscious, supportive, and aligned relationship.✅ Using healing phrases to rebuild the relationship:

    “I'm sorry” | “Please forgive me” | “I love you” | “Thank you”


    At the end, you’ll visualize an inspiring number, your income for this year. You’ll see it in your bank account, feel it, and deeply give thanks for it. This number will serve your inner focus and self-expression.


    📓 After the meditation, I suggest taking a few minutes to reflect and write on your reflections:

    1️⃣ What did money look like? What kind of energy did it have?2️⃣ How did you feel when you met money?3️⃣ What belief about money did you recognize?4️⃣ What change would you like to make in your relationship with money starting today?5️⃣ What daily mantra can guide you toward abundance?


    Every day, write down three financial things you’re grateful for, and list three different ways money could come into your life. These practices help open your mind and heart, inviting money as an ally on your unique journey.

  • Ho’oponopono: Powerful Practice of Forgiving & Freedom

    🕊️ Welcome to this meditation to invest in the relationship with yourself and embrace your life journey with unconditional love and self-awareness.


    We all experience moments of self-criticism, embarrassing judgments against ourselves, and self-rejection. It is a painful experience to abandon ourselves, especially in the moments when we need to be supported the most.


    The simple yet powerful practice of Ho’oponopono is one of the most powerful methods used for reconnecting and healing the relationship to ourselves. In the future episode, we will also practice variations of that, focusing on healing our relationship with other partners in our life's journey.


    🔥 What is Ho’oponopono?

    Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.

    Its purpose is simple: to bring harmony where there was separation.

    In modern times, this practice has been beautifully adapted for self-healing and emotional release, using the following four healing phrases:

    1. I’m sorry.

    2. Please forgive me.

    3. I love you.

    4. Thank you.


    These words may seem simple, but when spoken with intention, they open the door to transformation.


    🎯 Why Practice Ho’oponopono?

    This meditation is a gift for anyone who:

    👉 Carries regret or self-blame

    👉 Feels disconnected from their heart

    👉 Is healing emotional wounds

    👉 Wants to create more inner peace and love


    Through this practice, you can gently see and acknowledge your pain, release old guilt, soften your heart, and invite yourself back into love and mindfulness.


    🥰 What to expect

    We will move gently through the 4 phases of Ho’oponopono:

    ✅ Sit in stillness and connect with your breath

    ✅ Whisper key phrases to yourself

    ✅ Meet your wounds with higher self-awareness and grow wisdom

    ✅ Practice emotional release and grounding through the body.


    It’s a gentle, nurturing experience. You can listen anytime you need a pause or develop a relationship with yourself based on unconditional love and trust.


    📝 Journaling After Meditation:

    After the meditation, take a few moments to write.

    Let your pen flow freely. This is not about doing it “right”; it’s about listening to your truth.


    Here are some journaling questions to guide your reflection:

    1️⃣ What emotions come up when I look myself in the eyes and say, “I’m sorry”?

    2️⃣ If I could let go of one belief that’s been limiting me, what would that be?

    3️⃣ If I moved through today knowing, like truly knowing, that I am lovable, how would I treat myself?

    4️⃣ What unfiltered truth about who I really am or what I really want is ready to be seen, heard, and lived out loud?

    5️⃣ In this exact moment of mindfulness, what is my heart deeply grateful for?
