    Spiraling into blame and shame isn't helpful. Shame says "I AM bad". Blame projects our pain amd discomfort away from us.

    However, guilt (or radical responsibility) owns our actions, emotions whole separating us from the item; ie, "I DID something bad". It creates a pathway to make change an create growth.
