The Leadership Podcast for Voice Actors, Creative Professionals, and Smallish Businesses.

Presented by Psyjnir Media Studios in partnership with Articul8 Studios.

When people think of "Leadership", they often think of it as one person put in charge of a larger group of people; however, creative entrepreneurs including voice actors, content creators, and small business owners generally start as or remain single person teams and, arguably, leadership skills are even more important when you are operating as a solopreneur.

This podcast endeavors to examine what it means to be a leader from an individual perspective.

Leadership matters when you are running your own business - especially if you are running it alone. How you show up every day to tackle the challenges, celebrate the wins, learn from the failures, and plan out the future will ultimately dictate whether your company succeeds or fails. The most important person, the one making all of the decisions and moving forward, the motivational force in the face of setbacks, the leader of your future is... well... you.

How does one lead themselves? What are some of the considerations you should make when working with other businesses? When working with your clients? When working with your colleagues? How should you approach asks and tasks we are unfamiliar with? What are the best practices when dealing with failure? How do you gracefully celebrate a success?

Your host, Rob Sogomonian, is a talented multi-hyphenate: currently a voice and on-camera actor, producer, director, and has been in various leadership positions for close to thirty years.
