The Washington Commanders set the NFL on fire in 2024, led by amazing rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, but often we see sophomore slumps from high-performing first-years. Daniels will look to avoid that and the Commanders have made moves on offense to help him avoid it as well. The Carolina Panthers have major expectations on offense this season and that means it is make or break time for Bryce Young as he enters his third season. However, the Panthers as a team will need more on defense too and that starts with Derrick Brown returning to form. The New York Jets are an enigma in 2025. It is hard to envision what kind of team they will be, but most of it rides on the performance of Justin Fields, who will need help from the Jets to pull off a Sam Darnold-esque breakout.
