In this episode, I’m walking you through how to reframe your body image and how to start building yourself up instead of tearing yourself down. We’ll talk about the long-lasting impact of early messages around appearance, how that inner critic forms, and how to take daily steps to challenge it using mirror work, positive self-talk, and the inside/out process.

I’ll share how to start the work of rebuilding your self-perception using repetition, observation, and consistent reflection. I also talk about the importance of getting help when you need it, including reaching out to a doctor if body image struggles are deeply impacting your mental and emotional health.
