1 accusation of racism: if you read the books by his wife and former gf you would know he didn’t want his gf’s getting too close to any staff, it was not exclusive to African American staff
2. Promises of a future together: Hugh made no promises and regularly kicked out girlfriends. Even his last wife was blindsided by his proposal.
3. Inadequate pay at playboy clubs: if you’ve read “rabbit trail” the author gos over working and having a good career and being paid well working at a playboy club. That added with the appeal of rubbing elbows with single male celebrities and millionaires made the tips and possibilities enticing.
Hugh Hefner definitely was no role model and had many signs of narcissistic personality. However using conjecture to fit in trigger words for the high school and college aged listeners instead of doing your research and presenting facts to prove your point made this listen unpalatable.
