Hi, I’m Erin! Today I’m reflecting on my recent trip to Italy, which brought me the opportunity to practice the steps I’m sharing in todays episode about how to stop a thought spiral & not allow sensations of anxiety to hold you back.
This conversation emphasizes the importance of acknowledging both the joys and struggles of life, and how to navigate them simultaneously. My intention with this episode is to remind you that feeling uncomfortable or having intrusive, anxious thoughts does NOT have to stop you from living and experiencing life.
It is safe to feel uncomfortable feelings. Feeling uncomfortable does not mean that you are unsafe. It is safe to live your life while feeling uncomfortable. Your thoughts are not facts and you don't have to believe them!
