A pure plant protein shake with banana, kiwi, and water! Contains only clean ingredients without any added sugar or artificial ingredients. Add your favorite plant protein powder, whatever you like. I'm using an organic protein from yellow peas, hemp seeds, and brown rice with MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides). You could also use pure hemp protein powder, pea protein isolate, or brown rice protein powder. While the recipe contains some fruit, it will be way lower in sugar than the shop-bought versions (around 70% less!). Ingredients: 1 banana 1 kiwi 2 cups of water 1 serving of plant protein powder (we used https://www.noordcode.com/en/plant-protein.html (Noordcode)) Method: Throw it all in a blender for a few minutes, and you're good to go (but you could also just blend it with an immersion blender)!
