In episode 105 we continue our time across the pond in a city known the world over for the witch trials that occurred here in 1692. Fourteen women and five men were hanged, at least five people died while in disease infested prison while awaiting trial for witchcraft, and an 81 year old man was crushed to death. All of them were completely innocent. Its little wonder that this place is associated with the supernatural and paranormal, and there are so, so many places within this town rumoured to be haunted. This time I will take you on a guided tour of ten of them.

This place was the scene of unease, irrational panic, and mass hysteria in the late 17th century, and what followed has left a stain on this town

In this episode I will speak to an expert on the witch trials of 1692, and the legacy left by the murder of 14 women and 6 men, all of whom were guilty of nothing whatsoever.

I will then guide you on a tour through the haunted locations to be found here, and in this episode, and the two that will follow – we will visit over 20 locations, as fascinating as they are terrifying.
