MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

WE ARE MAKING HOMEMADE NOODLES 🍜

Ingredients:

• durum wheat flour (semola or all purpose or other flours too)
• water

Instructions:

• The ratio of flour to water is 2:1 (2 cups flour, 1 cup water)
• Feeds 4-5 people
• mix dough
• roll out flat getting it as thin as possible to fit into your machine
• cut large strips to insert into the pasta machine or simply use a cutting tool of your choice (knife or round cutting tool works too)
• Farm Fresh Eggs are optional (egg noodles, ramen)
• Salt is optional
• Once the stips are formed, hang on rack to dry, store or use right away!
• These have a very long shelf life
• and enjoy!

* you can make a double or triple batch to save in your dry storage *
