  • TRACII GUNS OF L.A. GUNS EXTENDED AND EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
    May 23 2025

He was there right at the birth of the Sunset Strip sleaze rock scene as a teenage wannabe rock star. Yet despite being surrounded by narcotics both inside and outside the family home somehow Tracii Guns kept his head screwed on while others were losing theirs and is still here 40 years later with plenty of tattoos and all of his marbles intact. The main man of L.A. Guns stops by for a good chinwag with HoJo and Hunnsy, discussing a ton of great shit including Axl’s ass ‘n’ chaps combo, the “unhealthy ego stroke” of women falling at your feet just because you’re in a band, the black and white hair guy from ‘Decline Of Western Civilization’ who became Tracii’s attorney, and why his dad couldn’t believe it when Tracii said he had no Valium for him! Strap yourselves in. It’s a wild, wild ride.

  • EPISODE 42. TERRIBLE ‘70S STAGE SHOWS FEATURING SAMMY THE SCORPION… POSSIBLY. PLUS! THRASH ALERT! METALLICA’S ‘RIDE THE LIGHTNING’ AND ANTHRAX’S ‘WE’VE COME FOR YOU ALL’.
    May 1 2025

Why were ‘70s hard rock stage shows so useless? Is there any mileage in a band called Stuffed Animal Museum? Is Anthrax’s unheralded ‘We’ve Come For You All’ album actually better than Metallica’s ‘Ride The Lightning’? Has HoJo got beef with Lars Ulrich? Will Mrs. Hunns force the guys to build their own studio so she can get on with her work? Looks like it’s a special ‘Question Time’ edition of HoJo & Hunnsy’s Hard Rock House. You’re very welcome!

  • EPISODE 40. WHAT A LIFE! HOJO’S BEEN HOBNOBBING WITH HIS ROCK ‘N’ ROLL FRIENDS PHILIP ANSELMO AND DENNIS DE YOUNG. PLUS! ALBUMS REVISITED FROM KINGS OF THE SUN AND STYX!

Hunnsy starts preparing for his annual ride to Download, while HoJo has a hang with two very different rock stars, learning that Pantera’s Philip Anselmo loves his boxing and former Styx man Dennis DeYoung is the proud owner of a potty mouth. This is the kind of inside info you just can’t get anywhere else! The boys also discuss the week’s listening with the debut album by Aussie rockers Kings of The Sun from 1988 and Styx’s breakthrough album ‘Equinox’ from 1975 (blimey, that’s 50 years ago!) on the death decks.

  • EPISODE 39. IS IT OK TO PUT OUT 200 VERSIONS OF THE NEW DARKNESS ALBUM? PLUS! LET’S RE-ROCK ALBUMS BY GIRL AND LED ZEP
    Apr 10 2025

Hunnsy’s very excited after seeing The Darkness, but there are some disgruntled fans out there. He’s also listening to Girl’s debut album ‘Sheer Greed’ where the boys ponder whether – irony alert – Kiss fans really spat on them because they wore make-up! Meanwhile HoJo is revisiting Led Zep’s ‘Presence’ album and deciding whether two immense songs make it a worthwhile exercise. The big debate is whether it’s David Lee Roth or Dave Lee Roth? And remember coloured vinyl?
