In a world grappling with escalating plastic pollution, soaring greenhouse gas emissions, and governments misusing taxpayer dollars to contaminate our waters, it’s imperative that activists step up to make their voices heard. We have found ourselves in a Green Arena, where genuine environmental advocates are often silenced by corrupt politicians and powerful corporations. Join hosts Jeremy K., Kim M., and Robert C. as they don their environmentalist uniforms to champion the cause of climate justice. • Episode 6: Noise Pollution Is Real!
    Jun 1 2025

Have you all noticed how noisy modern life has become?

Noise is everywhere, but some of it is truly harmful to our minds and health. Excessive noise has been linked to sleep deprivation, hearing loss, and even heart disease. The real question is: should noise be the cost of progress? It shouldn’t be. Many sources of noise now have quieter and more environmentally friendly alternatives. For example, gas-powered landscaping equipment is becoming obsolete, replaced by battery-powered options that significantly reduce noise and air pollution.

Eight years ago, our co-host Robert Carillio was already fighting against noise pollution as passionately as we are today. Back then, he recorded a podcast on the subject, which was never aired. However, due to the urgency of this issue, he kindly provided the recording to Green Arenas for use today.
