From going to college as a mother, to enduring multiple miscarriages and the heartbreak of a stillbirth, her journey is a powerful reminder that grace truly sustains us when life shifts unexpectedly.

Her life has shaped mine in so many ways, and I’m honored to share her voice, her wisdom, and her faith-filled perspective with you.

  • For the Days You Just Can’t!
    Apr 29 2025

Some days, life feels so heavy that even thinking about “pushing through” feels impossible.

In this episode, I’m simply sharing my heart — no 5-step plans, no quick fixes. Just a raw moment of honesty about what it’s like when you feel like you can’t even do life today.

I didn’t have the right words. I didn’t have a perfect prayer. I just cried before God, trusting that He was still there, even when I felt completely worn out.

Somewhere in the middle of the heaviness, I had to remember my why — the purpose God placed inside me — and I realized how grateful I am for the people who remind me I’m not walking this journey alone.

If you’ve ever had one of those days where life feels too heavy to carry, you’re not crazy — and you’re not alone.

    Thank you for being here.

  • You Are NOT Your Past!
    Apr 22 2025

Your past may explain how you got here—but it doesn’t get to define where you’re going.

In this episode of Graced for the Journey, we’re talking about the power of letting go of the past—not ignoring it, but no longer letting it control the narrative.

Maybe you’ve been hurt, betrayed, overlooked… or maybe you’ve made mistakes you thought disqualified you. But the truth is, you are not what happened to you. And you are not your worst moment.

✨ Let this be your reminder:

    • You are not what happened to you
    • You are not your worst moment
    • You are not the opinions of others

  • Still Worthy in the Chaos!
    Apr 15 2025

Let’s be honest — life doesn’t always look neat and polished. Some seasons feel like survival mode. The dishes pile up, your emotions feel heavy, and everything that once felt stable is now in question. And somewhere in the middle of the mess, you might start wondering: Am I still enough?

Here’s the truth: you are not your chaos.
You are not your rough season.
You are not your lowest moment.
And your worth? It never left.

In this episode, we’re having a real conversation about those times when life feels anything but picture-perfect — and how easy it is to forget our value when things feel out of control. But your self-worth isn’t based on performance, perfection, or how put-together your life looks from the outside.

You’re still valuable. Still whole. Still worthy of love, joy, and grace — right here in the middle of it all.

This one’s for anyone who needs a reminder that their identity isn’t lost in the mess. You’re not failing — you’re just human. And that’s more than enough.

  • Is God Ghosting Me? Trusting What You Can't See...
    Apr 2 2025

Have you ever been in a season where it feels like God is nowhere to be found? You’re praying, crying, doing everything you know to do… but heaven feels silent. It almost feels like God is ghosting you — and let’s be honest, that hurts.

In this deeply personal episode, we’re talking about what it’s like to trust God when life is falling apart and nothing makes sense. When it seems like He can’t be trusted, not because He’s unfaithful — but because you’re too deep in the valley to see the bigger picture.

I’ll share my own experience with divine silence, the moments I wrestled with doubt, and how I’m learning to trust what I can’t see. Like a teacher who stays silent during the test, sometimes God’s quiet isn’t rejection — it’s preparation. He’s not absent. He’s watching, working, and waiting for us to lean into faith, not just our feelings.

If you're walking through heartbreak, confusion, or spiritual burnout, this episode is for you. A reminder that silence doesn’t equal abandonment. God is still in control — even when it doesn’t feel like it.

Let’s talk about hanging in there, holding on, and trusting the unseen. This one’s for everyone who’s ever whispered, “God, where are You?

  • Boundaries Aren’t Walls—They’re Peacekeepers
    Mar 26 2025

Have you ever said yes when every part of you was screaming no? Felt guilty for choosing yourself? Struggled to set limits with family, friends, work, or even your kids? Then this episode is for YOU.

In today’s raw and honest conversation, we’re diving deep into the world of boundaries—what they are, why we struggle with them, and how learning to set them is one of the greatest acts of self-love. Whether you’re a mom who never gets a moment to breathe, a caregiver who's constantly on call, or just a woman trying to show up for everyone and losing yourself in the process… it’s time to pause and protect what matters most: your peace, your time, your energy, and your voice.

    We’ll talk about:

    • The difference between healthy boundaries and shutting people out
    • Why guilt and boundaries often show up hand in hand
    • Real-life examples of boundary-setting in relationships, parenting, and work
    • How to start small, speak up, and stay consistent—even when it’s uncomfortable

Boundaries aren’t about being mean. They’re about being clear. And in this episode, I’m giving you permission to stop overexplaining, stop people-pleasing, and start living free. 💛

    Mar 19 2025

Ever feel like no matter how much you sleep, you’re still exhausted? Or like you’re constantly running on fumes but don’t have time to slow down? Everyone around you seems to be annoying you? Even the ones you love the most? That’s burnout—and it’s not just going to go away on its own.

In this episode, we’re getting real about what burnout looks like and why “just resting” isn’t always enough. The truth is, rest looks different for everyone, and what actually recharges you might not be what works for someone else. That’s why we need to be intentional about rest—discovering what truly fills us up and making space for it, even when life feels too chaotic.

If you’ve ever felt like taking a break is just another thing on your to-do list, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about how to beat burnout, recharge in a way that actually works for you, and show up as your best self—without feeling guilty for resting.
