  • How to Manage Your Energy with Daniel Torode
    Jun 20 2025

    Send us a text

Today’s episode is a Tribute to Daniel Torode.

Some people leave behind ideas. Others leave behind energy. Daniel left both, and so much more. He was a man on a quiet, determined quest: to live every day in alignment with what he taught. Energy. Balance. Presence. He didn’t just speak of them — he chased them, practiced them, and struggled with them, in hopes that one day, he might truly master the very forces he shared with others. This episode holds a conversation close to my heart — Daniel, in his own words. A glimpse into the journey of a teacher who was still becoming.

We recorded this episode just weeks before Daniel passed. Listening now, it feels like more than a conversation—it feels like a part of his legacy. A gift from someone who didn’t just speak about energy and balance, but who strove daily to live it. Even in the face of his deepest shadows, he kept showing up, hoping that one day, he would truly master what he taught. This episode is a tribute. To his courage. To his humanity. To the light he shared, even while navigating his own darkness. We rarely know the full weight someone carries. Daniel reminded us that healing is not a destination—it’s a path walked with intention, humility, and heart. To his family, friends, and all who were touched by his spirit, may you feel his essence in these words. Through every pause and breath, may you hear the echo of someone who truly tried to live in alignment. This one’s for you, Daniel. Thank you for your presence, your wisdom, and your walk. I celebrate your life.

"The lips of wisdom are closed except for the ears of understanding."

The saying is from Kybalion, a book published in 1908 by "Three Initiates" — an anonymous group of authors. It is a foundational text in Hermetic philosophy, a mystical and esoteric tradition based on teachings attributed to Hermes Trismegistus.
It means that true wisdom isn't openly shared with everyone—only with those who are prepared to understand and receive it. It emphasizes readiness, inner maturity, and discernment.

  • Finding My Way Through Art with Michelle Feldman
    May 23 2025

    Send us a text

Today’s episode is a powerful exploration of healing, creativity, and what it means to come home to yourself. I’m honored to welcome Michelle Feldman — an artist, a divorced mother of two teenagers, and a woman who has walked through the fog of trauma and unworthiness to uncover clarity, joy, and a deep connection to something greater.

Michelle’s journey is raw and real. For a long time, she questioned whether her pain was even “valid enough” to speak about. But through practices that brought her back to her body, she found a way to quiet the noise in her mind and begin listening to her intuition. What emerged were simple, accessible tools that helped her reconnect with a sense of ease, wholeness, and wonder. As Michele says, “Good is what makes me feel well.” And that wisdom has become her compass.

In this conversation, we explore how Michelle uses art not only as a form of expression but as a healing bridge — a way to mend the disconnect between her inner child, her nervous system, and her sense of self-worth. From painting in secret during a difficult marriage to now co-creating and inspiring others, Michele reminds us that vulnerability is strength, and that each of us holds the power to transform pain into purpose. If you’ve ever felt like you were too much, not enough, or unsure where you belong — this episode is for you.

  • The Carioca Kitchen: A Journey Home with Camille Morgenstern
    May 9 2025

    Send us a text

In this episode, my guest is Camille Morgenstern — a storyteller, cultural curator, and the heart behind The Carioca Kitchen. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Camille left Brazil at 17 to study in Vermont, eventually planting roots in California. For years, her connection to home became more memory than presence, more nostalgia than reality. But in 2022, following the passing of her father, Camille was called—quite literally—back to Rio to return his ashes to the place he loved most. What felt like a tall ask turned out to be his greatest gift to her.

What unfolded was more than a homecoming; it was a profound reckoning with identity, grief, motherhood, and the soul-level recognition of where we come from. That journey sparked a powerful reconnection to her heritage, language, and culture, and birthed The Carioca Kitchen—a vibrant project sharing Brazilian stories, food, and objects with deep emotional resonance.

Camille joins us today to talk about the winding road home, the quiet strength in rediscovery, and how the flavors of her childhood are helping her—and others—heal and belong.

I am beyond excited to embark on this next chapter of our journey together. In this season, we’ll continue to explore the beautiful, messy, and transformative paths each of us takes in our health and wellness journeys. Through heartfelt conversations with inspiring guests, we’ll dive deeper into what truly makes us feel well—body, mind, and spirit.

If you’ve been following along, you know that the extended pause between the first and second seasons was for a good reason. It's available on Amazon, by the way, for anyone interested. Find the link below.

Some people have been asking why I decided to focus on college students, so I thought I’d share the full story behind the book in this episode. It's a beautiful, mystical, and magical story of how the universe guides us to our true paths. Take a listen!

The first episode of this second season drops on April 19th! Stay tuned!

  • First Season Finale - Solo Episode
    Nov 21 2024

    Send us a text

In this closing episode of the first season, I would like to thank you for listening. There were 40 interviews, 40 guests who touched my heart with their life and transformation stories. I’ve recorded 20 interviews in Portuguese and another 20 in English. Each one was special in its own way. I’ve never imagined that a job could give me so much joy! I reconnected with old friends and made new ones. It was an amazing experience. The work of listening again and editing the episodes was as pleasant as the conversations themselves. All episodes, with no exception, brought valuable learnings or insights to me. I've been going back to listen to them now and then and I always learn some more. All my guests, without exception, were pleased with the experience. That's why I say that this season was very successful. My goal of having conversations with ordinary people like you and me and sharing beautiful stories that can inspire others was successfully achieved. Spreading these messages of love and hope for a better world and talking about how we can get there is what motivates me to continue. But the moment for a pause has come. The priority of this pause is the completion of my book. We are in the final phase of editing, layout, and cover – a very demanding phase.

In the first quarter of 2025, the priority will be the book launch. I will also take some time to rethink the strategy for the third year of Mamma Terra. That’s why I can't say for sure when I'll resume the second season of the podcast, but I won't stop doing it because it gives me a lot of joy.

I would like to thank my guests for accepting the invitation and sharing their stories. It takes courage to truly show yourself in public. You are very special to me and deserve all my gratitude.

To you my listener, thank you very much!! I hope these conversations have helped you or inspired you in some way. If you liked at least one episode, take a minute to rate, review, or share. This makes all the difference in growing the podcast's audience.

Happy Thanksgiving, a very merry Christmas, and a new year of peace and love for all of us! Sending lots of love your way!
