AND CLARISSA PERJURED HERSELF UNDER OATH, ON THE STAND ON TUESDAY WHILE I WAS QUESTIONING HER DURING MY ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE HEARING AT THE JUSTICE COURT? & WE ARE PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST HER, YOU AND P A C C, & Pima Sheriff's; FOR THAT AND OTHER CRIMES; INCLUDING FALSE REPORTING THAT LED TO THE UNLAWFUL AND CRIMINAL SEIZURE FROM MY PROPERTY AUGUST 30, 845 A.M.; & THAT YOU, YOUR AGENCY AND THIS EMPLOYEE ARE FACING APPROXIMATELY 150 COUNTS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY FOR THIS HORRIFIC INCIDENT? CURRENTLY REQUESTING ACLU TAKE OUR CASE AS AN IMPORTANT PRECEDENT FOR ENSURING LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTUALLY MUST RESPECT CIVIL RIGHTS AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN WHILE ON DUTY! WE ARE PRESSING CHARGES AGAINST YOU, YOUR AGENCY AND THIS EMPLOYEE #3124 FOR: FALSE REPORTING ARS 13-2907.01 PIMA SHERIFFS COMPLAINT CASE #231019291 ANIMAL CRUELTY ARS 13-2910; APPROX.152 COUNTS! ASKING MAXIMUM PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR YOUR CRIMES AGAINST OUR ANIMALS! DEFAMATION, OF WHICH WE ARE SEEKING MAXIMUM DAMAGES! Your employee Clarissa LEYVA-CANEZ, #3124, against whom we ALREADY reported her misconduct to you SEVERAL TIMES NOW; PERJURED HERSELF ON TUESDAY THE 24TH AT ABOUT 3:30 P.M. AND WE ARE PRESSING CHARGES! Clarisse Leyva-Canez was CAUGHT LYING in court, under oath, & I proved conclusively---and I challenge media to get copies of the recording from this hearing! & guarantee it's very entertaining LOL -- I PROVED CONCLUSIVELY THAT CLARISSA FABRICATED HER REPORTS - They were "riddled with false and misleading statements"- that led to TRAGIC SUFFERING & unlawful seizure of approximately 150 of our animals on private property, Aug 30 8:45 a.m. Further, Clarissa knew from Deputy Hanna's search on chameleon: there were absolutely no hoarding cruelty etc complaints associated with my address. Clarissa should have dropped the case at that point, BUT SHE DIDN'T! WHY? WE DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION. FURTHER, Clarissa viewed the body of my poor Hankie 8/25, read and reported on the vet's medical records, which clearly state: Hank was there for treatment of a pigbite, his tumor-like wound was a "dermal mass"-- NOT "his intestines hanging out", a claim part of the PATENTLY FALSE REPORTING BY two women in initial PATENTLY FALSE reports: Zoe Skinner and Beth Cummings, against whom we filed charges of FALSE REPORTING ARS 13 - 2907.01 Clarissa should have seen the obvious incongruities between false initial reports by Beth and Zoe; and SHOULD HAVE DETERMINED THE VERACITY of the situation by comparing the vet's report and my/our truthful reporting on Hank's injuries. Clarissa should have recognized the Beth and Zoe's reports were FALSE! & Dropped the case, BUT SHE DIDN'T! WHY? WE DEMAND AN IN INVESTIGATION! Clarissa knew from the vet's report that I, Trista, m Hank's owner. ZOE LIED to the vet claiming I relinquished Hank to her, but I didn't! Hank was put down without my consent, but that is another story. Clarissa not only failed to intervene on our behalf, she escalated the situation! If Clarissa were a competent investigator, she would have seen the huge discrepancies between Beth's & Zoe's false reports and hank's actual condition! Beth and Zoe said Hank had his "intestines hanging out!"- a Salacious description that made it into headlines across the world! Clarissa also should have determined Zoe and Beth were lying, because he was not "infested with maggots"! The vet r
