WOW BULLSHIT. THEY CAME UP WITH FIGURES BYSAYING 1.943M SELLERS? DATA SHOWS INVENTORY AT 1.45M BUT OF THAT ABOUT 450K IS UNDER CONTRACT, AND ACTIVE LISTINGS AT 1,036,101. REDFIN OVERSTATING ACTIVE LISTING . Overstating by 900k
