(From 5/20/25) - This week on Steady Droppin' Dimes, Sam Webb, Devin and Daniel Horton discussed the latest iteration of the rivalry between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. The crew cheered the intensity of the competition between the two stars and celebrated what may even be their dislike for one another for one another on the court as part of the game. The crew then criticized Robert Griffin III’s commentary for seemingly applying scrutiny to the back & forth between two women that he wouldn’t between two men, and while also amplifying racial stereotypes against Reese. The conversation then turns to Ryan Clark’s commentary on RG3 and whether it was out of line for mentioning his wife’s race as a factor in his lack of perspective on issues affecting black women. Next, Droppin Dimes Sponsor Golden Limousine introduces Michigan defensive back Zeke Barry as its NIL ambassador for the year. From there, Sam and Devin turn their attention to the impending changes in NCAA enforcement, which will soon be managed by a new CEO. The episode concludes with a conversation with the Ann Arbor Sports commission about its study on the economic impact of Michigan football. It revealed that $226.7 million was spent by out-of-county visitors during games in 2024.
