This podcast has found me at the perfect moment when I needed it so much and was putting out the energy to attract the type of healing I needed, FOR ME! Not what other people are telling me what I need by trying to tell me who I am and narrate my story. I can not explain the magic of stumbling upon these words from my favorite yoga instructor.
As a nurtural raised people pleaser from a Catholic family and working as a healer myself, that is currently on leave for self care due to carrying too much of others, "stuff", I find it hilariously perfect that I have aligned with this podcast. It is EXACTLY what I need to hear and be guided through, right now.
Thank you for your work, I appreciate you!
