In the first episode of Everyone Loves Economics, Melina Hamm, a sophomore Music major, solves the economic dilemma of whether or not Artificial Intelligence will help or hurt the music industry. She is joined by Dr. Sean Alley, economist and lawyer at Tennessee Tech. He also serves as the chair of the Economics, Finance, and Marketing Department in the College of Business. Melina explores the costs and benefits of using AI in music production. Her unique perspective as a Music major in an economics class yields interesting insights.
