We experience being ONE when we're focused in the present moment. At that time we are spontaneous, fearless, happy, experiencing love and more.
By accepting and aligning with thoughts that are consistent with being ONE we increase our conscious experience of all that is good. Some of those thoughts are "I see myself in others", "what I do to another, I do to myself", "I am conscious of the thought and feeling that I'm OK, always have been, always will be, and could never be otherwise", "I am whole and complete as I am."
When we're having those thoughts and the good feelings they create, we can trust any thought that has those feelings is a thought we should act on.
