Episode 5: Ted Bundy Part 1

  • Resumen

  • Theodore Robert Bundy confessed to the brutal slayings of 36 female coeds. Experts believe his tally could climb into the 100s. Ted stands high above the rest of his kind as the most infamous and the most brutal. To this day, his charm and methods have been unmatched. Heard of a little film called "Silence of the Lambs"? Buffalo Bill's penchant for preying on the kindness of his female victims and utilizing a fake arm cast to up the pathetic quotient was ripped directly from Mr. Bundy's modus operandi. Part 1 of this bananas tale will set it up for a truly terrifying crescendo. Love that you play actual recording of Ted, I’m new to the podcast I decided to go back to the beginning. I can hear the development of your sound and your presentation from the first few podcast to the most recent ones. I also love the viewer tales. Loved in MA for 20 years-love your references!

Back and forth

I’m learning to take the good with the bad with this podcast. The ‘everyday, normal people’ conversation is nice. However, they do tend to get fairly deep into themselves at times; especially in more recent episodes I’ve heard. Sometimes, tho, when you don’t know something, it’s best to not speculate, and these two won’t ever figure that out. They claim to be all inclusive, but then make the most generalized, stereotypical statements that confirms their prejudices are just is ingrained as the Uber left-zealots claim of literally everybody else.
A couple famous (para)phrases come to mind; It’s better for people to think you’re an idiot than to speak and remove all doubt, and, let you without sin, cast the first stone.
A couple statements that I wish we all lived by, myself included.

so if you're a Republican move along

now I remember why I stopped listening to this podcast. because basically they equate if you're a serial killer well guess what he's a republican. it's this hateful rhetoric that needs to stop. and these two bitter women who draws parallels between the Republican party particular social agendas and Ted Bundy being a serial killer. those should all go hand in hand and you should be able to guess that that's what he is politically. it's disgusting it's insulting. these women are awful people
