Guest Bio:

Mac Lake has been a pioneering voice in the church planting movement for over two decades. In 1997, he planted Carolina Forest Community Church in Myrtle Beach, SC. He later served as the Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston for over six years. In 2010, Mac partnered with West Ridge Church to launch the LAUNCH Network, a church planting initiative later adopted by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) in 2015. Mac spent three years at NAMB, helping integrate the LAUNCH system into their broader church planting strategy.

In 2019, Mac founded The Multiply Group, an organization dedicated to equipping leaders and churches to multiply disciples and ministries. He is the author of seven books, including The Multiplication Effect.

Mac and his wife, Cindy, live in Charleston, SC. They are the proud parents of three adult children and the grandparents of six grandchildren.
