  • Free will is a choice, a direction of conscious decision. “Consciousness has to be from the beginning. It has the exact same properties of experiences, the privacy and the indefiniteness are the exact same properties of the pure quantum state [system].” With an infinity of possibilities. Quantum information cannot be copied so it has the same characteristics of an inner experience because my inner experience "Qualia" can only be known to me.” The symbolic expression of Qualia takes form in meaning to symbols and symbols to meaning.
