  • In this episode I discuss my research into my System 1 and System 2 brains (illogical vs logical) as well as into Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria - a lovely little add-on to that emotional instability that many ADHDers struggle with. I share the ‘next steps’ that my journey entails, and the struggle I’m having between marrying up my medicated and unmediated selves. Enjoy!

Best way to describe ADHD

Everything Kate says and goes through is a prime example of full blown ADHD. I can relate so much. It's open my eyes and helped me start to see a light at the end of the tunnel. A must listen.
