Trust Your Gut
Mel's advice to pay attention to you inner compass (GPS) is invaluable. I also liked her suggestion of pausing when your fears start to overtake your desire to follow your dreams. Thar pause will help to keep you on track.

Life changing!
Mel has walked me through so many of the toughest moments of my life with refreshing perspective and realistic action steps to move to something greater for myself. You will feel Haunted or Lost until you tune into that Inner compass inside of you!!!
So perfectly said “You will fell haunted or lost until you tune into that inner compass inside of you”! I understand and know this feeling so deeply & you are so correct. The world can be a scary place especially when you feel the road to happy is the path of uncertainty, but I am starting to wake up everyday inside & tell myself that I owe this to the little girl (little me) to be her hero ❤️, live a life worth remembering, I have a responsibility to myself, it will surely lead to some people being disappointed but that is something they have to deal with, so time to reinvent the new me; the me that was scared to come out to the world and shied away, now she is owning her time & her presence in this life!
