  • The ship Batavia was sailing to Indonesia, filled with the worst kind of sailors, horrid conditions, but loaded with treasure. However, one member on board had dreams of stealing the treasure and creating his own pirate kingdom. He began a mutiny, which led to a shipwreck. What followed was the bloodiest stranded on a desert island story in history. You are talking about colonies and other things of the sort. I know you didn’t mention it but, there were already people here when Chris “discovered” the US!! (I know it wasn’t the US then) but we must give proper respect to the Americans that were here FIRST!!!

Magnificent historical story telling

I love history era. This story was very interesting and enjoyable. Not sure why it reminds me of the show Black Sails on STARZ . Similar but different. Excited for part 2 already , can’t wait

This ain’t no Disney cruise!

Mike’s excellent storytelling skills are at play here. My gag reflex turned up at worms in the water. I can’t wait for part two. We’ll go ahead and file this under “Adventures At Sea.”
