I want to share why I'm obsessed with ground beef! Also I want to invite you to my We Don't Care Club.


🔥 1. 5-Minute Burger Bowl

Brown 1 lb of 85/15 ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic


Serve over chopped romaine or steamed cauliflower rice


Top with: avocado, mustard, pickles, optional shredded cheese or egg


Carnivore version: just beef, cheese, egg, and beef tallow drizzle


🍳 2. Carnivore Scramble

Brown ground beef with butter or tallow


Add in whisked eggs and scramble


Optional: crumble pork rinds for crunch, or stir in shredded cheddar


🥩 3. Ground Beef Patties

Mix 1 lb beef with salt, garlic powder, and a pinch of smoked paprika


Form into 2–3 patties


Sear in cast iron or air fry


Serve with a swipe of mayo or egg yolk on top


🍲 4. Lazy Chili (No Beans)

Brown beef with onions and garlic (optional)


Add: tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt


Simmer with bone broth until thick


Spoon into a mug and enjoy by the fire (or post-lift!)


🧈 5. Beef Butter Bowl

1 lb beef cooked and drained


Add 1–2 tbsp grass-fed butter


Stir until glossy and eat straight-up


Perfect for post-workout refuel or a "don’t feel like cooking" night
