Acerca de esta escucha
Now, let’s talk about teenagers. This age group often deals with a lot of stress from school, social life, and sometimes work. Add noise to the mix, and it can really ramp up their stress levels. Noise can mess with their sleep, which is super important for their mental and physical health. It can also worsen feelings of anxiety and depression.
Teenagers are at a critical stage of development, and poor sleep due to noise can affect their mood, academic performance, and social interactions.
This is the third episode in our series that explores how noise affects people at every stage of life. Let’s get started!
