Meet the guest: Dr. Young Dal Jang is an Assistant Professor of Swine Nutrition at the University of Georgia. He earned his Ph.D. in Swine Nutrition from Seoul National University in South Korea. Dr. Jang’s research focuses on the role of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals in sow and piglet nutrition, as well as feed additives such as medium chain fatty acids to improve immunity and gut health.
