Anna is a mom, wife and Schwinn, AMP & EDG cycle instructor who has enjoyed cycling for over 15 years. Like many others, she started her fitness journey by exploring the avenues of several fitness classes for personal fitness and well-being.
She takes us through her journey of how she navigated trauma and bounced back from her “rock bottom moment” after diving into her fitness journey. She encourages everyone who wants a change to start with their mind and then the physical. The mental health component of fitness is important because it will allow you to show up everyday.
