Acerca de esta escucha

First, the morning opened with testimony from a Homeland Security Investigations agent, Andre Lamon. He told the jury that during the March 2024 raid on Combs’s Los Angeles home, agents located a “security room” where firearms, armor-piercing ammunition, and sixteen boxes of AstroGlide lubricant—alongside hundreds of bottles of baby oil—were stored. When questioned by defense attorney Marc Agnifilo, he confirmed this was the only trafficking case in which he had seized lubricant in such quantities. The agent clarified that none of the weapons were scattered around the mansion—they were all contained within that secure area .

After the agent’s testimony, the prosecution called Jonathan Perez, Combs’s former personal assistant, to the stand. Perez detailed his long shifts (initially $85K, later $100K per year) preparing Combs’s “king nights”—the so-called “freak-offs”—which involved organizing overnight sex events often featuring sheets, oils, massages, and IV drips. He recounted discovering explicit videos of “Jane” and another man, which he reported to Combs and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram. Perez also described how Combs began paying Jane’s $10,000 monthly rent in 2023 after she resisted attending more of these events—reinforcing the prosecution’s narrative of coercion. As the testimony wrapped, the judge moved into a sidebar discussing naming a “very successful rapper” tied to a trip Jane mentioned, and shortly thereafter, the jury was dismissed for a lunch break.
