About Kellie Wilson:

Kellie is the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Playworks. She's a passionate leader dedicated to youth development, DEI, and leadership growth. She strives to foster resilience, creativity, and authenticity in future leaders. At Playworks, she has managed 30+ school partnerships, building strong relationships with school districts, community organizations, and funders in Philadelphia, Chester, and Camden.

A North Philadelphia native, Kellie holds degrees from Penn State and Temple University. As a Learning & Development Manager, she meets people where they are while guiding them toward growth. Her expertise extends to DEI coaching and national training. She is also a respected youth basketball coach and was honored as the 76ers Jr. NBA Coach of the Year in 2021.

In her free time, Kellie enjoys family trips with her fiancée, Brittany, and son, Carter. She also loves photography, DJing, and spending time with her nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
