    On this episode, we discuss chronic coronary syndrome (CCS) and describe its clinical presentation, underlying pathophysiology, and progression. We review current guidelines and evidence-based treatment strategies for managing CCS, including both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. Our primary pharmacotherapy focus was on comparing and contrasting antianginal therapies, but we also touch on antiplatelet agents, and risk factor modification strategies.
