Sebastian’s maturity scale: Voluntary markets are easiest to get off the ground, 1 million- Move into government procurement 10’s of billions and will be more predictable for decades -Compliance markets will have to offset residual emissions, 100’s of billions might help us reach the levels we are going to need.
