    We cannot wait until 2029 with a new Democrat president to somehow deal with political persecution when we have no tools in our arsenal. We must build for that today. Unfortunately, as Trump continues to make bad endorsements, we will be left with weak Republicans in red states to fight issues such as political weaponization. Moreover, we are not even changing things at the federal level. We’re joined by former FBI whistleblower Steve Friend, who is warning that the FBI has not structurally changed its modus operandi. He observes how problematic personnel under Biden have been given promotions, the open-ended investigatory mandate has not been limited, and at the same time, none of the misdeeds under Obama and Biden have been punished. Absent federal reform, Friend is advocating that state governments condition their working relationship with the FBI to a framework in which elected sheriffs are in charge of task forces targeting people locally.     We are now at a "use it or lose it" stage of immigration enforcement. Today I discuss the amnesty bill written by Rep. Maria Salazar (R-Fla.) and why, in conjunction with Trump’s support for agriculture worker amnesty, it is a real concern. I also prove why the rebellion against Trump over Epstein is not real and will not change the current political trajectory. Next, we’re joined by George Fishman of the Center for Immigration Studies to discuss the lies of farm worker amnesty. Fishman wrote an important piece explaining how the same excuses for the farm industry are what led to the failures of the 1986 amnesty. It created a vicious cycle of amnesty and more importation of cheap labor by incentivizing farms never to mechanize and to continue relying on the cheapest labor the politicians are willing to import. We also discuss what it will take to bump up deportations. If we fail to do so, there is a real likelihood that Trump will make an aggressive push for amnesty at the end of his presidency. Next, we’re joined by Shannon Everrett, founder of American Truckers United, who has created a grassroots movement to warn about the flood of foreign truck drivers taking over the industry. This is both a labor and safety concern. They are driving down wages and supplanting the American trucker, but at the same time, many are not proficient in English and did not undergo the proper training. Shannon is pushing legislation to bar the recognition of non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses for noncitizens and certainly the recognition of truck drivers who are here illegally or on tourist visas.
