Acerca de esta escucha
On this week's episode of Not Even D2, host KJ Allison breaks down the lack of diversity seen within Division 3 men's basketball head coaching. Through conversations with four black/minority head coaches.
Dominic Parker is currently the head coach at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and just finished his first season leading the Tigers.
Donald Morris has been the head coach for Framingham State for the past four seasons.
Michael McClendon will be heading into his fourth season as the Springfield head coach. The only black coach in program history.
Edwind McGhee previously was on staff as the associate head coach before being named head coach of North Park University.
Hear different parts of each of their journeys, their opinions on how to decrease the gap between white head coaches and black head coaches and how they run their program as one of the few black coaches in the division.
