Amateur/grade-school quality reading

This should Not an item we pay for, it's not a good listen: Slowly, haltingly read. Poor emphasis on wrong syllables & words. End of each sentence thus sounds as though they're meant to be the main point. On top of that, there are ads.
Suspect this is a free-to-public (read by a volunteer) offering you'd find on gutenberg, etc. If so, it's not made clear by audible
