    Ben Grant’s career spans international athletics, military service, and the esports industry. Starting in athletics, he later served as a Project Manager in the British Army, developing strong leadership and operational skills.

    During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben transitioned into esports, quickly advancing to an Acting Executive Officer role, ultimately leading UK-wide marketing and recruitment for the British Army’s Universities Officers’ Training Corps. He has since worked in strategic consultancy with both esports and traditional sports organisations, helping shape effective growth and engagement strategies.

    Today, Ben is a Board Member of the English Schools’ Football Association, governing the national game for some 850,000 Players and 18,000 Schools & Colleges per year, where he supports youth development through sport and digital innovation. His diverse experience makes him a valuable voice on leadership, strategy, and the convergence of sports and esports.
