In this episode I am exploring the places where I am more or less authentic. "Keeping it real" is the base of authenticity however, code switching has become necessary for most people. Authenticity is a physical and spiritual alignment. It's internal. Only you know the feeling of distance that arises when you are being vs. doing authenticity.

When you focus on exchanging time for money you will never feel completely whole because time is priceless and money is energy. The better question is "does this experience/relationship/engagement deserve a piece of me?" Let's explore this.

Taking an intentional break gives you enough time to press pause on the current story you're living in to decide whether or not you should cancel the season or create a new episode for your life. Living in themes can make us feel stuck. What if the story you're living in is completely up to you?
